Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent (details below) that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL or location on this Site where it appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to process your request.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted or that belongs to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, as required by law, restore the removed material after a statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict, disable, or terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure you are certain of the facts before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
